I've always been a big celebrator. Birthdays,  Christmas, a girlfriend with a win, a Tuesday with great hair. You name it. If there's an occasion, you can count on finding me with confetti and cake. But more so, I'm a fierce celebrator of women. And nothing, nothing beats celebrating others by empowering them to embrace their brilliance.

So many women i meet are hiding behind their logo, not knowing how to step out, staying invivisble, being the industrys best kept secret or held back by tall poppy syndrome....
